NON ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Education: A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience: 5 plus years in a Quality Engineering/Technician discipline and supervisory position.
Computer Skills: CAD, Microsoft Office, SPC based software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: ISO 9001 auditor training.
Special Requirements: Proficient in SPC, Advanced GD & T training, Blueprint reading, PPAP submissions including FMEA and Control Plan creation. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes to include: stamping, laser, CNC punch, press brake and welding. Good communication skills, team player, ability to multi-task. Proficient in ISO 9001 QMS maintenance
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, reports, regulations, specifications, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.
Ability to generate graphs and reports for presentation that clearly communicate data, concepts, and ideas to employees, customers, and top management.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

This position is responsible for the planning, organizing, and monitoring of the shipping, receiving, material handling & warehousing departments. Supervises workers who confirm and record the receipt of goods, materials & services, customer shipments, prepare items for shipping, and load and unload trucks. Supervises material handling and warehousing personnel & duties. Also responsible for managing the inter-departmental transport of materials. Ensure that our focus remains on servicing the customer.
