1999
Learning the trade
Nick Dvorak began working in construction and with the original owners of Alacriant Holdings, building a foundation in the people and processes behind manufacturing.
SERVICE
Experience beyond the shop
As a civil engineer deployed in Iraq, Nick worked on construction projects and saw a wide range of industrial processes and tools. After honorable discharge, he returned to the machine shop, working in sales and learning the customer side of the business.
2017
A new chapter in Florida
After years leading the plant and developing customer relationships, Nick acquired the Florida division and continued building the team and its capabilities.
2022
Metals of Honor
The Florida operation was rebranded as Metals of Honor, connecting products built with metal to partnerships built with honor.
