Two 4,000-watt Mitsubishi lasers process sheet metal for accurate profiles and downstream fabrication. MOH lists capacity up to 1-inch carbon steel and 0.5-inch stainless steel, on sheets up to 5 × 10 feet.

CNC press brakes span 60 to 250 tons, with beds up to 10.5 feet. Bend aid and laser technology help the forming department maintain part accuracy across production runs.

Two quick-change robotic cells support consistent welding and can process parts up to 4 × 8 feet. Flexible setup makes robotic welding practical for a wider range of production needs.

Spot, MIG, and TIG welding capabilities cover carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. MOH’s weld stations support both heavy-gauge work and thinner cabinetry and enclosures.

Dedicated assembly lines bring mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, finished fabrications, and weldments together. Finishing partners add services such as powder coating and plating.
From specialized dies and fixtures to metal tanks, cabinetry, transportation equipment, and prefab building components, our team can coordinate the fabrication steps that make a finished part production-ready.
