The largest fastest punch center in the world. Due to the powerful hydraulic drive you can punch with up to 1,600 strokes per minute and mark parts with 2,800 strokes per minute.
Capable of punching louvers, countersinks, formed features , while tapping allows for a consistent and efficient product every time.
Capable of punching .25” thick carbon steel, this machine provides significant advantage over other blanking centers. Capable of cutting 5ft x 10ft sheet sizes.
2 – 4000w Mitsubishi Lasers
Capable of processing 1” in thick carbon and .5” sst with edge quality that is unmatched. Capable of cutting 5x10ft sheet sizes.
We offer a wide range of bending capability with are state of the art forming department harnessing bending capabilities from 60 ton to 250tons of press brake forming.
Our max bed size is 10.5’ .
Our brakes are full CNC controlled with bend aid and laser technology to ensure part accuracy and consistency.
2 – fully automated quick change robotic cells deliver a consistent yet cost effective product.
Capable of processing 4×8 ft parts our robotics allow for even smaller quantities to be considered for this product given its ease of setup and use.
Fully capable and proficient in spot welding, MIG and TIG of carbon, stainless and aluminum. We have a series of weld stations possessing the latest and greatest technologies in the weld function with experts in thin and thick materials of all types.
Heavy welding of heavy gauge fuel cells, to thin power generation cabinetry our range of expertise is wide and capable.
